Shaheed Maqbool Butt award function on Saturday in IHK |

Srinagar, July 08 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) has announced that Shaheed Maqbool Butt awards will be distributed on Saturday in Srinagar in honour of the six Kashmiris, martyred during the recent massive protests against the transfer of Kashmiris’ land to non-state subjects.
The JKLF spokesman said in a statement that the awards would be conferred on Shaheed Feroz Ahmad Raha, Shaheed Farooq Ahmad Rather, Shaheed Sameer Ahmad Batloo, Shaheed Imtiyaz Ahmad Mandroo, Shaheed Abdul Gani Sheikh and Shaheed Feroz Ahmad Khan The ceremony would be attended among others by prominent scholars, educationists, writers, teachers, doctors, engineers and relatives of the martyrs.
